Petra has been working in our gym for a year as a FULL BODY WORKOUT trainer. Workouts take place 3 times a week.
And what can you expect?
FBW is an interval workout (30:10), during which the whole body is worked out in 12 positions. During the exercise, you will include a combination of strength, stability, strengthening of the core as well as dynamic and explosive exercises with your own weight.
Jan Král works in our Gym as a fitness personal trainer.
He previously worked with a basketball team and worked with professional athletes. He is currently helping everyone who wants to improve their fitness and learn how to move healthily.
Michaela Burdová has been actively involved in sports since she was a child, she has experience with fitness training for a basketball team, fitness and gymnastics training for a figure skating team and 2 years of experience as a fitness trainer. In addition, he trains modern gymnastics.
She will help you create healthy lifestyle habits – regular exercise, adjusting your diet, positive attitude towards exercise.
Kristýna Zábranská hasn’t been with us for long, but that doesn’t change the fact that she has a lot of experience in the field of fitness.
She is focusing on activation training – CORE, strength and condition training.
She also conducts exercises for pregnant women.
